The 3 Types of Jews

The United Church of God Explains What it Means to be a Jew
According to the United Church of God, the Jews descended from the Hebrew tribe Judah and Benjamin, plus a third part, which is the priestly class of Levi. So as you can see, there are 3 types of Jews.

The Northern Tribes of Israel = The Children of Israel are not Jews
The UCG explains that 10 other ancient tribes of Israel were never called Jews. They were northern tribes and they were "historically distinct and politically separate from the three types of Jews. They are also called the "lost tribes of Israel" and the "children of Israel."

Their brothers are from the tribe of Judah and they lived in the south. " Their brothers who lived in the south had formed the kingdom of Judah, from which the word "Jew" is derived." To summarize, the North of Israel had 10 non-Jewish tribes and the South had the tribe of Judah, which means Jew. This is a direct quote from the UCG: "The northern coalition of tribes, the kingdom or house of Israel, had already become an independent nation, separate from the house of Judah, by the time the word Jew first appears in the biblical narrative. In fact, the first time the term appeared in the King James Version of the Bible, Israel was at war with the Jews (2 Kings 16:5-6)."

Not all Israelites are Jews:
This means that not all Israelites are Jews. The members of the tribe of Judah are Israelites and they are Jews. But, not all Israelites are Jews because the children of Israel are non-Jews. So, to summarize, all 12 tribes of Israel descended from Jacob/Israel and all can be called Israelites but not all of them are Jews. Not all Israelites are Jews but all Jews are Israelites.  Jews—the citizens and descendants of the kingdom of Judah—are indeed Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. Since all 12 tribes, including Jews, are descendants of their father Israel (Jacob), we can apply the term Israelite to all of the tribes. The term Jew, however, is accurate only for the tribes that comprised the kingdom of Judah and for their descendants."

I intentionally repeated this message twice because when reading it at first it can be difficult to comprehend. Plus, this is also the reason why the northern tribes are also the lost tribes of Israel which are spread around the world. God did this because the children of Israel kept sinning so he divorced them/ spread them around the world. 

The Judaism Jews: This is Who They Are

Then there are the Benjamite or Judaism Jews who believe in the Old Testament and not the New Testament. As you can see they descended from the tribe of Benjamin. If you want to go further, they are also the ones whom the Bible called the Pharisees. The reason they argued with Jesus is because they didn't believe in Him.

The Special Tribe of Levi is Jewish

Then, of course, there is the very special tribe of Levi, and Jacob/Israel is his father and his mother is Leah. The tribes were all named after the name given to the sons born to Jacob/Israel. So Levi is the tribe from which Jesus Christ descended. Most people don't know that Levi became the Priest class of the Hebrews/Jews/Children of Israel. It is interesting to note that out of the several wives that Jacob/Israel had, Leah is the one who is the mother of both Judah and Levi. Why is the tribe of Levi Jewish? Because if you look at the genealogy of Jesus, Levi descended from Judah just as King David did. 

How Judah Came to Be
The tribe of Judah is the tribe that was chosen by God for the throne of King David. Judah and Tamar had twins and one of the twins Pharez and Zerah and Zerah is the one from which King David descended. I will put a diagram here to see how Jesus Christ descended from both Judah and Levi, the priest class. As you can see, Jesus' mother Mary had both the blood of King David and the blood of her father, the Levite priest Aaron in her genealogy and Jesus is #49 on this genealogy list I have listed above from the Bible. So Jesus was a Jew from both the tribe of Judah and the tribe of the Levite priest class. Levi is a Jewish priest class because Levi descended from Judah also. So this explains any confusion on how or why Jesus is also a Jew and He was and is the King of the Jews, the Jews that descended from Judah/King David/ Levi and from God the Father.

Explanation of the Benjamites/Judaism Jews and Who They Are
"The Tribe of Benjamin remained a part of the southern Kingdom of Judah. The Davidic dynasty, which had roots in Judah, continued to reign in Judah. As part of the Kingdom of Judah, Benjamin escaped the destruction of the northern kingdom by the Assyrians in c. 740 BCE."

"According to the Torah, the Tribe of Benjamin (Hebrew: בִּנְיָמִן‎, Modern: Bīnyamīn, Tiberian: Bīnyāmīn) was one of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. The tribe was descended from Benjamin, the youngest son (#13) of the patriarch Jacob (later given the name Israel) and his wife Rachel. So Benjamin's mother wasn't Leah but it was Rachel." Rachel once hid her father's idols and she was into idols so right there Benjamin was doomed because of what his mother had done.

What is the Lineage of Benjamin?
Benjamin (Hebrew: בִּנְיָמִין‎ Bīnyāmīn; "Son of (the) right") was the last of the two sons of Jacob and Rachel (i.e., Jacob's thirteenth child and twelfth and youngest son) in Jewish, Christian and Islamic tradition. He was also the progenitor of the Israelite Tribe of Benjamin.

Is Benjamin from the Tribe of Judah?
After the state was split into two parts (10th century B.C.), the Tribe of Benjamin remained part of the Kingdom of Judah. They were exiled from Palestine and returned following the period of Babylonian Captivity. Judge Ehud, the prophet Jeremiah, and Paul the Apostle all descended from the Tribe of Benjamin. 

Conclusion

The 3 types of Jews are descendants of the tribe of Judah, the son of Leah, and Jacob/Israel.  Levi also was the son of Leah and Israel and Levi is in the lineage of Jesus and is considered the priest class and is therefore also a Jewish tribe. Then there is the tribe of Benjamin/Benjamites who, as far as I can tell live in the south of Judah and are Jews but not the same type of Jews as King David, the Levites, and Jesus Christ. The Benjamite Jews believe only in the Old Testament to this day and are also called the Judaism Jews because their religion is Judaism. It is important to note that Paul the Apostel descended from this tribe and it means that even the Pharisees who were the forefathers of the Benjamites, can come around and become Christians. Maybe the Benjamites are the Jews Jesus refers to in Revelation when He says they say they are Jews but are not because that is the synagogue of Satan Rev. 3:9.
